For a city of over three million people, Madrid has an oddly compact centre – the fruit of a late growth spurt that did not begin until 1561, when Felipe II crowned it Spain's capital and moved the royal court within its walls. The city sits at the heart of the Iberian Peninsula. A plaque on the south side of the Puerta del Sol (2) marks kilometro cero, the point from which the whole Spanish road system is measured. Madrid also fans out around this dot – its oldest district of La Latina to the south and "newer" areas such as Malasaña and Chueca to the north. Very convenient location just few steps from metro station Tirso the Molina and short walk from both Sol and La Latina. There are plenty local bars to sip your morning coffe in and there is Lidl supermarket, open until late, in front of metro station.
The apartment is big and the room is cosy - just enough for 2 people. There is a Wi-Fi in the house so you will easiyly check bus schedule or Prado opening hours on your laptop or smartphone.
lugar acojedor como en casa , ambiente juvenil en el centro de marid, nos quedamos con lños muchachos que arrivamos de italia y la verdad todo fue super, a la mano todos los servicios con rumba incluida....cerca ala calle monteras en el centro de madrid, insuperable...super recomendable!
es un lugar acogedor y la verdad es que te sientes como en casa, es un sitio céntrico, yo me lo pensaba dos veces os lo recomiendo.
Yo me quedé 2 meses y todo fue excelente, El mejor recibimiento y atención que pude haber tenido en un País distinto al mío. Lo Recomiendo Ampliamante.

Appartment rather small but very well located in Madrid. It is a friendly atmosphere where we share a lot.
Otherwise Madrid is an amazing place to go, there is a lot to see the day and a lot of places to go the night ;)
Me and my friend had a great stay in Madrid, mainly thanks to the place we were staying at.
Even if we were sleeping in the same bedroom as our host, the overall facilities and Juan's friendliness made it juste a small detail.
Having the Wi-fi, a nice bathroom, and being able to use the kitchen were good points.
The flat in itself is well located, two minutes by foot from a metro station, and ten minutes from the town center. Juan and his other tenants made us discover some nice bars, and that was much appreciated as there is so many places to go to !

And last but not least, great owner :)
I think it´s a great place to stay in Madrid. It has a very good location, it´s close to Sol and you can find anything you need not far away. Juan is a great host, he gave me several tips and recommended a great bar. I highly recommend it!
L'appartement est situé au coeur Madrid, entre les métros Sol et Tirso de Molina (4 lignes de métro). Juan Jesus est une personne très sympathique qui a envie de partager! N'hésitez pas à lui demander de vous faire visiter la ville, il en sera très content! La chambre est parfaite pour un voyage entre amis puisqu'il y a 3 lits superposés (avec un bureau et une armoire également). Très bonne adresse!
