The design of our rooms means they cannot have more than 2 beds in (which can be made into twins or double) and we do not have any family rooms. Children are welcome but they will need to have their own room. We do not offer child discounts.

Fly to Geneva Airport then hire a car or take the train.
Both the car and train journey take about 2 hours. The public Post Bus runs from Sion to Lens. We can help with private transfers from Sierre station.

Welcome to the luxury Chalet des Alpes, set high above the Rhône Valley in the village of Lens, just 10 minutes from the famous 4 season resort of Crans Montana. This recently built family-run Swiss Mountain chalet offers excellent levels of service and comfort. The chalet is only 2 hours (170km) from Geneva, most of which is easy motorway driving. This recently constructed beautiful chalet offers alpine charm with a twist of modern. A warm and friendly welcome awaits everyone. The chalet can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 twin or double rooms, each with en-suite facilities and a magnificent view. Some rooms have balconies and all rooms have a private parking space. Evening meals available most nights and all meals must be pre ordered. There is a spacious dining area with an open log fire and panoramic views of the Rhône Valley and a large balcony for those sunny days in winter and summer. This valley has over 300 days of sunshine a year. We are situated in the charming village of Lens, at an altitude of 1142m. The village sits on a sunny plateau, overlooking the Rhône Valley. Some buildings in the village date from the 14th century, and pilgrims used to come here to visit the statue of Christ-Roi. The village has a couple of restaurants, 2 banks, a Post Office, a chemist and a small supermarket. The resort of Crans Montana is only 10 minutes drive away. Sion and Sierre are approx 30 minutes drive.
Stunning walking and mountain bike paths start from the chalet door.
Within 1 to 1 1/2 hours drive from here you can visit Zermatt, Aletsch Glacier, Montreux, Château De Chillon, Gruyeres and many other exciting destinations. All rooms have local information folders and maps. We can suggest walks, mountain bike paths and day trips.
