Córdoba, is the second largest city in Argentina with about 1.500.000 inhabitants. In the old Town you’ll have the chance to see the rich Spanish colonial heritage of the city as shown by the many old churches, traditional buildings and the well-known National University of Córdoba (UNC), which attracts thousands of students from other regions of the country and the rest of South America.
Due to the proximity to the mountains, the city is a perfect base for excursions into the natural beauty of the “Sierras de Córdoba” (Córdoba Hills), or even to the “Pampas”, just 50 km to the south. Córdoba has a vibrant cultural scene, and you will enjoy the famous kindness and hospitality of the “Cordobeses”.

The weather is mild in winter (June-August), with an average temperature of 10°C (50°F). In summer (December-February), it can get very hot during the day, more than 30°C (86°F). Summer is rainy, and winter is rather dry.

This homestay is in very good conditions and, unlike other locations in Cordoba, it is located in a safe and quiet setting, but close enough to where everything is going on. The accommodation is situated in a residential district, a few minutes from the main Theatres, Cafes, Shops and Restaurants, and 12 blocks away from the University. All main bus lines stop around the corner.

Both rooms have heating, air-conditioning, with 24 hours security guard, The house is not too big, neither too small. This homestay has a really nice and cozy atmosphere. The house has 250 sqmts and three specially fitted out bedrooms. Included in the accommodation service are bed linen and towels, maid service once a week, call and fax reception, and Free high speed Wi-fi. You can use the internet connection in any part of the accommodation.

There is a big kitchen very well equipped where you can cook, freeze your food and have meals, dining area, 2 bathrooms , living room, cable Tv, and Patio where you can study, play board games, sunbath, etc.
