It is located in a beautiful green and safe neighborhood called Vallecito, that means “small valley”, it is a beautiful, quiet, relaxing, full of nature, residential neighborhood, on the side of the Chili River and in front of a long bridge “Puente de Fierro” (designed by Eiffel) it is only fifteen minutes by foot from the Plaza de Armas, and the hub of Arequipa. Beautiful old buildings, fine dining, cafes and grand churches are all within walking distance. You can also find gyms, laundries, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and touristic places very close of our house, and the public transportation is 150 mts distance.

We offer a familiar lodging, it is a different kind of lodging for those tourists who will stay in Arequipa for long time (at least 1 or 2 weeks) and want to feel they are home. William and Marice are running the house and looking after for every detail to ensure that you will enjoy your stay in Arequipa.
