Hello we have been a homestay family for 12 years now. It is something that we really enjoy doing. We are a family is three, Danielle Jamie & Trudi Our interests range from camping, hiking, skiing, swimming, computer, theater, hockey, soccer. We enjoy movies, music & evening walks with the dogs. Our home is a non-smoking one with no food restrictions. In the home we have small dogs & large cats, they are all friendly! Our family is an easy going one…….we are busy & on the go. We encourage each student to participate in family functions; we invite the kids to join us as a family member. We also understand that students are here to see & experience Vancouver, Please do things with your new friends please experience vancouver & its many sites!! Our family lives in an area of North Vancouver, called Lynn Valley. Our city is blessed with a spectacular range of natural and scenic landscapes: snow-capped mountains and alpine forests, lush parks and peaceful lakes, a rugged coastline and beautiful beaches. It is a place for recreation and adventure, a place to be with friends,and a place to get away from it all, it is definitely an unforgettable place to live. North Van is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty; Our residents & visitors enjoy a quality of life comprised of safe, and clean neighborhoods, in which any child or adult can feel safe & content.
